We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that personalized items and undergarments are non-returnable.
Do you offer complimentary tailoring services?
Yes, we provide complimentary basic alterations on full-priced suits and trousers purchased at our physical Sacoor Brothers boutiques. Please present your original receipt at the time of the request.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
