At Sacoor Brothers, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase is not quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your Sacoor Brothers account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging along with the invoice, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection via our website.

• 4.
  Verification & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
